PICK UP POLICY
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DATE PURCHASED. IF NOT PICKED UP IN 30 DAYS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND GIVEN.
Return Policy
ALL returns & exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Used merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will receive in-store credit.
ONLINE RETURNS On-line purchases may be returned in person to Escape Salon & Tan or mailed to the address below.
Customer must pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email notice.
When the refund is processed, your credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
There is often a processing time of 7-10 days before your refund is officially posted to your card.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
